whats the bar at the top, i can see that the middle is the taskbar, but about the finder stuff on the left and the icons? I've been trying to do something like that for ages

Programs, Others, Places and EditingFiles are only "toolbar" (just right-click on the taskbar then toolbars. and those icons are the running programs that I opened.

Thanks! Actually the vs i'm using is from zeus. I just mod it and change/add some images. I can't release it. But I will update my lion7 in final version when i have time.
