I'm trying to remember what Martin Lambert, creator of heroes tears, said about this design when I turned in the sketch. I think it was "This is REALLY weird...but I like it!". That about sums it up. So, yeah, here's a really weird ghost from Heroes Tears. Releases later this year

Usually, in D&D lore anyway, the wraith appears to be like a black gaseous/smoke like form (or appearing in heavy cloaks like the Nazgul) in a vague human shape with a tarry black skull for the head. Whereas a Spectre appears as the ghostly form of how it did in life only twisted in agony/rage. The shimmering blues makes me think of the later then a traditional wraith IMO heck with all screaming mouths it could also be like a masculine version of a Groaning Spirit (Banshee)! Great job
