finally, the semester ends!This is the assignment for my 2D animation class. Due to run out of time (the fact is i put too much time on fan arts...), it looks creepy than i thought.
It's a short story in toilet, enjoy.
P.S. Music borrowed from the movies of

Your outlines were hideously thick.. and nobody should ever use bitmap backgrounds in a Flash animation.
That may have been a requirement or something, but whatever.. anyway, overall i was pretty impressed with it. Just needed a little cleaning up

I agree your first point. But using bitmap backgrounds in flash animation is actually very popular nowadays. And I don't think there're any "should" or "shouldn't" rules in the creative works such as animation.

As popular as it may be, it usually looks terrible when played back.
A bitmap image can not be scaled or rotated in flash without it looking horrible. Even tweening it left or right makes it very apparent that the background is just an image.
It makes it harder on you too, if you were to make the background more interactive have the characters interact with objects in the background for example then you would have to either draw the object in flash and have it stand out horribly against the background, or get back into photoshop or painter or whatever and redraw that part of the background over and over.
Of course there is no right and wrong, but from my experience it is best to avoid using programs other than flash when creating a flash animation.
