In this shot I wanted to give a dreamy feeling. It's taken with a flash and a long shutter this gave a dreamy effect. The B&W conversion, done in Silver Efex, gives a lot of feeling to the water.

Also it's a photo that's really strange in the way if it's calm and sereen or wild and moving.
