This a happier universe where UA is an orphanage/school for abused, abandoned, or hybrid creatures(or all three in some cases), they will occasionally take on students who have parents if they show signs of great promise and need a safe space to show it off or if the parents were not the source of the turmoil of the kid's life.
All For One/Mr. Shigaraki/Sensei is one of the teachers/parents, he's still a bit towards the darker side but loves all his kids(touch one and your teeth belong to him) and despite always being calm he still has carnivore instinct, Sensei's wife is Inko however Izuku is not his biological son, in fact, only two of his kids are biological, the oldest(mother unknown) and the youngest(born late into his and Inko's lives). Sensei doesn't get along with All Might still but will tolerate him for his children.
Overhaul is a scientist who has a distaste for hybrids(or people with non-species traits)(despite being one himself) and did many, many unethical(and illegal) testing(with the help of his Yakuza) to see if he could separate hybrid traits from people, he failed and was imprisoned.
Endeavor was originally a teacher and parent at UA but after the disappearance of one of his kids and the facial scarring of one, an investigation was launched and he was arrested and fired when it was found he had abused(physically and emotionally) his kids and wife, later after Shouto turns 16 he shows back up with a newborn daughter and starts working to try and make up for what happened, where this will lead only time will tell.
Touya is Dabi and comes back after his father is gone(he only ran away for at most six months but a lot happened in that time), he lives with the rest of his siblings(+ Bakugou) at Masaru's house(him and Mitsuki divorced), Rei joins them after being sent away for therapy for a few years, she still has to see a therapist every week and despite living together her and Masaru are not together as they are still scared from what happened in their past relationships.
Katsuki and Izuku have to go to therapy as well and once or twice(depending on how they feel) a month they have to go together to try and repair what happened between them, Rei will sometime accompany them as she can calm both of them down pretty quickly when shes feeling ok.
