"The full moon shone down on the snarling lycanroc werewolf. They thought his rockruff was the one who changed into this beast, but no. It was his trainer who possessed this ferocity! Tossing back its head, the werewolf let out a blood-curdling howl!

The mother and father saw their son sleeping on the grass in the backyard. She came up to stroke his sleepy head. He placed a blanket on the boy's back. And the boy's rockruff pulls the blanket over its trainer.
It was only last week when the boy had a run-in with his uncle's rowdy lycanroc and was scratched by the reckless pokemon. Shortly after, the boy claimed to have a recurring dream of being a lycanroc, even though his parents watched him soundly sleep all night. And he slept outside nearly every night, or even on the floor. The doctors diagnosed he had mild "Clinical Lycanroc-py", a disorder where someone is convinced they can change into a pokemon. The doctor figured it was a coping mechanism for the trauma of being injured by his uncle's lycanroc. Though his parents had to admit, he showed admirable empathy towards his pokemon since then. They just hoped it wouldn't progress to dysfunctional levels.
Sleepily, the boy scratched the itchy scratch marks on his shoulder, still scabbing. And he gave a contented yawn as his rockruff snuggled close.
