Another freehand work of mine, circa 1997 or so.This one took me around 8 or 10 hours spaced out over several days- (Pencilling in all that black space is maddening).
This one is based on an actual photograph currently in the possession of the Smithsonian.

Being part Apache I was very interested to see just what you had done.
Unless you knew what to look for this looks like an old hal tone Photoshop painted. To be freehand, it is just amazing looking. You got the eyes so you can still see the mindful stare of time in his gaze these poeple have.
