Well, here we are again-Worked on this the better part of the week- so many hours I lost track.
Because of the tricky lighting effects which I wanted to use I wound up needing to render the scene in three different pieces along with various masks using Bryce , then blending them together in Photoshop.
I also needed to add additional rendered lighting effects using Photoshop, not to mention the extensive airbrushing which was required to clean up the image and add the detailing.

I like it, but it seems very similar to loathsome flesh, stillborn horror, unreal sleap, anguished and I think one other one. It's great, it 's better than anything I can do, but the theme is getting a little old in my opinion.
