the moon just HAS TO shine rather silver then simple grey..

I like it a lot. It is simple and well thought. I always want pictures to tell the story they are fabled to be so effective at. With yours, I wonder what the story is, and that is good. The halo was a brilliant touch and I love the way you have to think about it being there. I do have a couple of questions. Where is she standing? If this is our Earth's moon, then what surface are you trying to represent? Also, what is she doing with her arms and hands? Those are the only things I am having difficulty with. It was a very well executed concept though. Cliched? Hardly. Classy? Definitely.

Interesting but overall the image needs a little more. I know you added the halo and the hands look like they are adjusting her hair or maybe the halo. But the halo looks washed out and barely noticable unless you really look for it.
Maybe the use of diferent planets would create more of a poetic meaning to it....earth and mars....moon and the earth....???????

i don't think the silhouette is cliche at all..it's quite lovely that the moon offers the detail...
i added this to my favorites...it's such a peaceful composition...

I fist saw the original in raster 004, btw: congratulations! When i first saw it i thiought i had seen it before soemwhere. I think it has to do with the very traditional concept of creating a dark ouline using the moon as a backdrop. Well, the more o looked the the more the feelign seamed to lleave me. I like it, why i'm not sure, but i do. I really do.
