Yes, all my other skins are working perfectly. Installed a couple of new ones to make sure as well... Oh well. Might try the good old "redownload and reboot". I'll tell you if it works.

Rain meter is a program that allows "skins"to be applied to windows desktop, like a widget on a smart phone,there draggable. Check the rain meter website ( :

Right click on it and click on Edit skin, go to line 24 (Format=%H:%M) and change it to (Format=%I:%M). Save it and refresh the skin. I believe that should work.
