"Battle Royale huh... I'm in, how many kills do I need to rack up and win?"

Haruka Kurohane/遥か黒羽, A 2nd year high school student who has a particular fondness for FPS games in general. Coming from a broken home with his parent's formerly constant fights in his childhood and current divorce, he finds himself escaping into video games where he can vent out his frustrations and find some joy outside of his relatively normal school life.

When presented with a Desire Driver and matching Rider Core ID, he gladly took the offer without much hesitation and became Kamen Rider Vult, sporting a Black Vulture motif complete with feathers near his neck — his personal accessory, the Vult Feather, which further enhances his senses and reaction time.

What was written on his Desire Card was a rather simple yet sad request: A redo of his childhood, this time with a happy family.
