Also age dose not technically determine a person's wisdom. The older you are the more you've seen and experienced, while at the same time some old people carry the horrible sexist racist ideas of their day and expect the younger generation to bow down to these ideas. That is at least the case for some of the people I've met.

Well for some people. But you know.. since the frontal lobe (the part of the brain that manages things like good decision making and logic) isn't even close to being done developing by the time puberty sets in... I'm inclined to disagree a little.... but really, good judgment and responsible behavior should also be deciding factors, because I've known 30-year-olds who may as well have had the frontal lobe of a 14-year-old, and some people are ahead of the curve even when they're younger.
