A shot with some of my RE props- Standard Model Samurai Edge
- Red Hawk handgun ammo box
- RE5 version First Aid Spray
- Ink Ribbon
- RE5 version mixed herbs
- Some bullets
Ammo box, first aid spray, ink ribbon and herb made by me. Samurai Edge is the officially produced airsoft gun made by Tokyo Marui

Can of spray paint, made label on Photoshop and stuck it on. Ammo box is a box of dried peas I bought and stuck labels on I made in Photoshop

Test tube, modelling clay and bit of a plastic spray nozzle. Contents, green is washing up liquid, red is water with red food colouring. These 2 combinations were the only things i could get to work that kept the 2 layers separate, everything else i tried had blended the 2 layers together by the next day

I dont know what Americans call it, the liquid soap stuff you use to wash dishes with. Liquid hand soap would do though its essentially the same thing in looks and viscosity

The ammo boxes i just made cause i wanted them but they go well on display with the guns. Was going to get some shots with my Wesker Edge as well but its back at the airsoft shop again trying to fix the hammer..

Its fine other than the hammer. Got the skeleton hammer fitted, got it back to find it doesnt fire properly anymore (like the hammer only goes half way down then back up again) Its back with them again to try and fix it. He phoned and said its like the bit that the trigger lever catches onto on the hammer isnt long enough and the trigger lever slips off it and causes it to misfire. Not sure if it can be fixed or not but hes looking into it. If not will just have to keep it as is for the sake of a model

Wow that looks pretty nice. Right now my main concern for airsoft guns is looking for a underbarrel RIS rail for my TM Desert Eagle. I'm curious if the rails for the M9 can attach

Ah never seen a rail for a DE myself, would be pretty cool to have one. I have a DE (leon's) and 3 different M9 rails so i could try it tomorrow if you want. The DE frame being wider i'd think it probably wouldnt fit but worth a try

Well I've only seen one rail kit and it is so not the kind I want. It's one of those god awful multi rail pieces for mounting all sorts of crazy shit. I just want a underbarrel one. No idea if the fixed rails in the other DE's can be used. If worse comes to worse I might have to get a real rail kit for a real Desert Eagle

I see. Never looked into it myself so im not sure whats available. If you cant get anything else you want and you can get one to fit the real DE then go with that (i'd assume the real one would be alot more expensive though i dont know)

Oh yeah it's a given it will be expensive. But as my friend has told me if you love it enough some times you just gotta get it something nice. I mean he has a real Magpul stock on his WA gas blow back M4

Thats true. Expense is worth the money. Originally my Wesker model was a clear M9 sprayed chrome (which failed) I finally decided to buy the proper chrome M9 and it was worth it. If you'll be happy with it even at the price then it will be worth it, at least to you

Well as of right now I don't think I'm gonna try a Wesker Edge. I'm praying that TM will someday do a replica of it. One that is close enough that I don't have to buy that many parts to upgrade. I also hope TM or someone else will one day make a replica of Leon's "Silver Ghost" and Billy's "MP Handgun." Because they don't look like real guns they would be so unique and awesome to have

Yeah i dont know why they havent made Wesker's. It would obviously sell well. I mean like 5 replicas were made worldwide (not sure if they were made by TM or not) why not more? It would look alot better anyway as his frame is thicker than the standard M9's which i cant really replicate, the built in rail is pretty bulky looking too, his laser LAM is impossible to find one even similar looking to and of course the beavertail. It would be expensive but i'd buy it as im sure alot of other people would too. I mean they made a version of Leon's DE that doesnt even exist in the games (the supposed RE4 model) I dont get why they havent made Wesker's Edge
They should make Leon's Silver Ghost too, thats one on my prop list to make. Its not a real gun but seems to be somewhat based on an H&K USP. TM or another company should make more RE guns. I love the TM guns but they are all plastic. The Tanaka revolver is at least metal

They need to promote RE somemore and I would love it if they did a remake of Barry's Samurai Edge. I would take that over Wesker's any day. Of the few I found online, they're bloody expensive.
Well from what I read pretty much the Silver Ghost has traits from the H&K USP, USP pro or something like that and the S&W Sigma. Also I wasn't talking about the so called Billy Magnum. I was talking about his default handgun the "Military Police Handgun." It's pretty much modeled after a more modern M1911A1 however it has a Beretta M9 cut away slide which I think looks awesome

Yeah Barry's is pretty cool. I'd rather have Wesker's but im wanting Barry's too, not paying $700 for it though which is what its selling at now
Yeah its based on a few different ones apparently. I know i was just making the point about it being metal instead of plastic like all TM ones are (since its made by Tanaka works not TM) They need to make more guns but they probably wont. Why when the fans want them i dont know, all their other guns have sold well and are only going up in value now. I dont know how much they were orginally on sale for but they are all damn expensive now to get ahold of

I agree they should. Theres so many guns they could make, they made some for about every other RE game but nothing for RE5. All they did for Zero was the 2 different sizes of the revolver, could make his handgun too as you said, Leon's Silver Ghost etc. Some day hopefully

Yeah i heard about the crackdown over there about guns, as long as the Japanese companies arent gonna be affected then they'd better get to making more guns
