This deviation is my second entry for the FemaleMuscle January Theme: Sports Bra Muscle!Sonya stood up and stepped back, her muscles showing not even the slightest strain holding the weight. “Yeah, when’s the last time you had it checked out?”
Greg reflexively rubbed his right arm looking sheepish as it seemed to lock in a bent position. “A month or two ago.”
Sonya effortlessly curled the weight as she gave him a look. “With everything you just went through? I think you need to have it checked out ASAP.”
Greg nodded as he slowly got up and stood to the side holding his arm as she casually set the weight back on the bench. “I’ll get it checked out in the morning.”
Sonya shook her head and started guiding him to the lockers. “Nope you’re going right after you shower and get changed, even if I have to carry you to the curtesy van.”
Greg nodded as he sighed, “I’m not going to argue with you.”
Sonya gave him a sly look, “On the plus side with no one here I can ‘help’ you shower.”
Greg perked up at that and picked up is pace slightly, “Sounds good to me!”
