having a break from da, kinda broke up with my gf and it sucks

I broke up with her, and im taking a break from dating too. this has messed me up and I cant handle it atm

even tho i broke up with her, it kinda still fucking gurts cause she called me a bunch of nasty shit, which i know is true but still
my heart and chest wont stop hurting, its shitty

but yea im having a break, i might post stuff soon but expect it to be coping shit idek and idc
