I sighed as Naruto when head to head with gramps. Me, Sakura, and Sasuke stayed back and watched. (Oh! and dad’s there too!) I was getting bored and yawned, Naruto turned to me, “Kit! Help me! You’ve been on many awesome missions! Please?!” I shrugged, “Na. I’m enjoying the show, making a fool out of yourself…shortie.”

Naruto growled while Sakura and Sasuke held in there giggles and chuckles. I smiled, “What? It’s true! Your short!” Naruto stormed to me and glared with his blue eyes. I just smiled and stared back. This lasted awhile before gramps spook up, “Kitsune. Naruto. Stop playing around. I have others waiting!” I didn’t looked away but smiled, “Oh come on! It’s not like your goina give them something good gramps.” Naruto looked at me then smiled, seeing what I was doing. I winked and looked that the old man, “Come on! Give this kids a tease of really missions. They’ll be with me and Kakashi! No worries!”

The old man stared at me with that look that said ‘prove it’. I sighed and stood up strate, “I promise you,” I bowed closing my eyes, “That as long as these three are part of my team, I will fight to the tooth and nail for them!” I waited with my eyes still closed. I can hear Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto lightly gasp.

‘I would risk my life for them. But I know they can fight. There smart…well, Sakura and Sasuke are. But if I have to prove that, I will’ I told myself as I waited for gramps to respond to my words. True, I just meet these three, but I feel I known them forever. Don’t know why…

“Kitsune.” My tail twitched as I came back from my own little world. I looked up and gramps nodded, “I’ll get your implore for you.” I rased and looked back at the other. Naruto smiled and gave me a thumbs up, Sakura smiled and nodded, Sasuke blushed and looked somewhere instead of me. I just smiled, ‘What I said is true…I will risk my life for you. Even if it ends me’

Before I could say anything, a voice cried out, “What?!? I’ll be with some kids?!?” I looked behind my three friend and seen an old man. I’d say his in his 40’s, 6’2, and smells of salt water. I smiled, “Your from the land of waves.” The old man looked at me, “And what the hell are you? Some kind of demon?!” I sighed.

I always get that. Holding in my anger, I faked smiled, “No sir. This is who I am. A fox. Nothing. More.” The old man ‘tsked’, “Yeah right foxy. I bet your not a demon.”

—Later on after almost killing the old man—

We stood by the gate. Everyone ready for the long walk out. I had to go by the school for my seal. You seen, people outside the village can’t see my true form (Aka Fox tail and red eyes.) So now I was human. Black hair, blue eyes, and a collar around my neck with the Leaf sign on it. As I walked to the others, I swear I seen Naruto blush, “K-kitsune?!?” I smiled, “Yeah it’s me. Sorry but when I go out, I have to have a collar on.”

The old man huffed, “But I seen you.” I giggled, “I told you. I’m not a demon, I was a test rat. Now come on, we have to get you home.” I walked past everyone. Everyone but Kakashi had shocked faces. I didn’t want to tell them, but that man pissed me off.

Man I hate people.

—Sakura’s P.O.V.—

‘I was a test rat.’

What did she mean? What was she used for? What is she talking about?

As we walked, Sakura and Naruto walked with the old guy, I was with Kitsune, and Kakashi behind us. I peeked of at Kitsune who was watching the trees closely. Her blue eyes scene the scenery carefully.

What is she looking for?

“Hey Sasuke…” Kitsune’s voice was low and soft. I hummed. She grabbed my shoulder, “Trust us.” She looks back, “Dad! There here!” Me and the others turns to see other ninja attack Kakashi. Kitsune ran ran to them, “Not so fast!” She charges at them at unseen speed and kicked one is the face, the other got a Kuni in the arm. Kakashi jumped back, “Keep them busy, Kitsune!” The girl nodded and landed with both Ninja glares on her.

She smiled, “What’s wrong? Never seen a 12 year old fight?” They glared at her as she smirked, “Come on! I have better….” Before she could say more, she was wrapped in chains.

—3ed’s P.O.V.—

Chain saws, used to cut anything to pisces. Kitsune growled as the ninja tighter the chain. Naruto flinched, “K-kitsune-chan!” Kitsune sighed, “D-damn…I’m in a tight spot…” Kakashi stood his ground, “Kitsune! Turn!” the female ninja nodded painfully and moved her neck around tell the coller was off.

—Kitsune’s P.O.V—

I feel my fox chakra returning to me. My fangs and claws grow out. My eyes turn red. I smirked, “Thats more like it! Kah!” I pulled on the chains teal I could move my hands. I push on the chains, feeling it cut my skin. But soon, they broke to tiny piece, letting me free. I growl angrily, “Time to stop playing around! Your dead!” I hear dads voice, “Don’t kill them, Kitsune!” I sigh, “No fun…but alright! Lets go!”

One on my left and right…two. That makes thing harder. I can’t fight them with the others behind me! Looks like I have to be fast!…or…

I do the clone sign and summon one clone and I charged that the one on the left while the clone attacks the other. Mien glares at me, “Damn you!” I growl, “Fuck off!” I punch him in the face and used my right leg to kick him it the air. I jumps and punch his back, braking his spin. That should keep that one busy!

As that one falls, I speed to the other one, one has took out my clone and heads to the others. I speed up, “MOVE! NOW!” But Naruto, the one in front of the old man. I growl, “NARUTO!”

—Naruto’s P.O.V.—

I waited for death…but it never came. I peeked out only to see red hair. I blinked, “K-kitsune?” The ninja’s claw like Gonlent in her stomach. Blood dripped on the grass…her blood…I shivered.

Kitsune growled, “M-mother…fucker…” I watched as the ninja pulled out, more blood coming out of Kitsune. She flinches and stands tall. She gasped, “N-naruto…you okay?” I nodded, “Y-yeah…But you…” She waved her hand, “i’ll be fine. His claws where poisons…” I gulped, “W-will you be okay?”

“Yeah. Just stay back okay?”

“U-uh…”

She stands striate and sighs, “That hurt you ass hole, your goina pay!” She charges at the guy and punches him right in the gut. He gasped and passes out. I look over at Kakashi, who had a worried look, “Kitsune…” She keels down, I-i’m fine dad…just…get these guys tied up…I need to relax for a bit…”

—Tie up guys and Kitsune comes back fully healed and has her coller back on! Kitsune’s P.O.V.—

For what dad got from the men that attacked us, they was after the old man…turns out this is a B rate mission! I sighed, “It can’t be helped. We have to finish it.” Sakura shock her head, “But we just started!” I smiled, “Thats why I’m here. Don’t worry. I wont let anything happen to you guys.” Naruto looked down, since I returned from healing, he hasn’t looked at me. I looked at the old man, “I’m doing this since you see a pit of a shit hole. But if ANYTHING happens them my team, I’m coing for you.”

The old man gulped and nodded, “Y-yes ma’am.” This was going to be a long trip.
