I'm not going to lie, I'm really surprised none of you guessed this guys existence from the imps description. Maybe next time I have obvious hints for my next Minecraft thing I need this icon whenever I have obvious hints so then you all know
Nah, I won't do that. I'll let you read the entire description of my things. Any way, this guy is basically a type of mini boss that's inspired by this legend of Zelda boss zeldawiki.org/Jalhalla though I think I better let the description tell you:
"Demons are in all essentiality, mini-bosses that’ll stop at nothing to create sounds of agony by attacking players. However, their hate for humans doesn’t stop them from having sporting hunts of passive mobs. To add to the ferocity of these things, demons also have four attacks. The first one is a simple, fiery punch that can knock the player across five blocks. Once the demons health is brought down the demon will jump straight up into the air and dive into the ground, causing a mob damaging explosion (which doesn’t destroy blocks) and spawning in the amount of imps that created it. Now, these imps need to be all be killed so then the demon will not respawn. After 30 Seconds, the imps will gather back up and become the demon once more (though their health will be kept the same next time they spawn, including if they’re killed). Once half of the imps are killed, the demon will start firing fiery balls of death at the player as well as punching. The demon will use his final attack once there are only 3 imps left in its life. The attack is the demon standing still and having rows of fire circling around it, and then resuming with the other normal attacks. Once all imps have been killed, the spirit of the demon will rise into the air and vaporize into nothingness."
It might be longer then usual but it is because of the several attacks of this guy. Which is, ironically, the second to last hostile Nether mob. The next one will be a hell hound
