16/04/12 EDIT: Added redstone and thunderstone blocks. Original thunderstone was yellow.
08/04/12 EDIT: Edited pink and yellow coral.
Now, even though these are my ideas, has designed these blocks.
From left to right
Nether Wood - The wood of the nether tree.
Nether Leaves - The leaves of the nether tree.
Ectoplasm Block - Made from ectoplasm balls. Can be used to jump three blocks higher.
Coral Blocks (blue/orange/yellow/pink): Can be found underwater on sea beds in reefs.
Nether Wooden Planks: Made from nether wood.
Topaz Block: Made from topaz.
Coral Branches: Coral reefs drop 1-5 once a night. can be placed on sand underwater, and creates coral reefs after two days.
Redstone Block: Basically a giant generator. If placed next to things like an iron door it will keep it on, like an ertanal switch.
Thunderstone Block: Basically a more violent version cobblestone. Can be used to make a house which always gets hit by lightning if it's raining. Can also be used to make thunder-related tools.
