I'm not sure what triggered this--events of the past week, general sadness in my life, or listening to the Johnny Cash version of "Hurt". Maybe it was all of these things. Either way, this image came to mind, and after a false start I got it done.

Now that I think about it, maybe I could do a series of illos featuring these two characters. I have no earthly idea why I tend to draw interactions between human males and female robots, but maybe it's me.
