Djerada is a teacher with short stature, but vast patience. Despite her kind smile, her young students are afraid of her. They think her a witch that could swallow one whole. She laughs at their suspicion and oddly proper behavior, but they are not wrong about her being more than a common woman. As a Priestess to Lamoga, the Phantom Midwife, (May Her Waddling Strides Be Swift), she is blessed with wondrous magic power at the small cost of remaining in a state of literal phantom pregnancy for the rest of her days.

Lamoga's blessing is only a fraction of Djerada's belly. She is a notorious glutton, constantly snacking and drinking soda. Most of her belly is good old fashion fat that is held within her womb so she retains her pregnant shape. On top of that, if she does not feel big enough, she will find a hose and simply start drinking from the tap. Because of this, her size varies, but she is never smaller than in the picture.

She eventually marries and raises her own children, but for now, she has her eyes on a local man that frequents the same beach bar as she and sneaks peaks when he thinks she isn't looking.
