Daily drawing 1496: I thought that a bee on a sunflower would work well for today's hue, but I don't have a workflow for something like this. I'm not a digital painter and I almost gave up halfway through this. But I pushed through and found a process that I was happy with. I used a variety of brushes, some textured paint brushes, some rakes and halftones, and a few other random assortments, to create a nice amount of layers to help fake some texture. I think it came out nicely considering how outside of my comfort zone this was.
