If your camera has live view, it can often be very useful to manually focus on the correct spot. Don't trust your autofocus to correctly focus on such a small object.

Yeah it doesn't that's why, also it wasn't my camera exactly so I couldn't have focused it.

I really love the colors, but yeah the focus is uninteresting and would be better moved to the yellow rope!

why dont you focus on ribbon if it was subject of your photo ? because you made focus in a uninteresting place , too bad .

I know, I was dissapointed too. I must have tipped off the aperture when I took it. I'll have to get a shot of it again some other time.
