gifs only use 256 colours, so when it might've looked good on GIMP it looses them when you render it

I had to render 80 pictures one by one. And then spend an hour looking up how to make a GIF. I will probably never do this again.

Hmm... I don't think that'll work with MMD... I made this with GIMP, and my problem was since every picture is a transparency you could see all 79 of the other frames behind the one that was playing. But I managed to finally find a tutorial for GIFs with transparent backgrounds ^^

ah ok i was thinking you could make an animation in MMD of a 360 rotation and then import it to flash them export as SWF Would be less work i think you only have to import the renders and set up about 4 settings then you can save.
