longer exposures with a crisp winter breeze and low light create a wonderful movement that matches the feel of winter dusk for me

I love the way the slightly out-of-focus softness helps create the wintry feeling. The composition is exciting, too, as the shapes come together and play as in an abstract. But, more than that, the photo has "soul"...and, for some reason, I get a Japanese feeling from it. Thanks so much.
