Description
To not be confused with the Roxy working under the Third Eye, this ruined version of Roxy, alongside Glamrock Chica and Montgomery "Monty" Gator, were all left to rot in the abandoned remains of Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex following Gregory successfully freeing Vanessa from Glitchtrap's control and leaving the building with both her and Glamrock Freddy's head in a duffel bag. However, among the three glamrocks, Roxy is the only one still capable of coherent speech and communication, as Glamrock Chica no longer possesses her voice box and Monty reduced to a feral animal without his two legs to stand on.

While Cassie got called in by whom she presumes as Gregory and believes that he is trapped in the sinkhole beneath Roxy Raceway, she encounters Roxy, which of whom has been struggling to repair her face following Gregory ramming a go-kart into her and stealing her eyes and is crying in front of a mirror. As Cassie expresses sympathy for her beloved animatronic, her Roxy-Talky goes off, with the real Gregory trying to contact her. Still in possession of her memory of Gregory and what he had done to her, furiously bursts out of the room to find and murder him, causing Cassie to hurriedly call him and tell him to run.

Upon entering the back of Roxy Racers, Cassie encounters Roxy, still on the hunt for the orphan, believing that he is still there as well, utilizes the camera stations to get Roxy to clear the path, utilizing her strength and speed to tear down the wooden doors blocking the path out. However, as Cassie makes the move to escape, Roxy suddenly appears, hoists the little girl into the air and demands for that she give her back her eyes. Panicking, Cassie pleads for the robotic wolf to let her go, and, upon hearing her voice, Roxy lets her go, apologizing, then stating "Error".

The next time Cassie meets Roxy, she finds her pinned underneath a forklift. With the new order given to her by "Gregory" to deactivate her as she is the final security node preventing him from escaping, the two share a tender moment as Cassie dons the Security Mask, revealing that while all the other ruined glamrocks appeared as red wireframe models, Roxy is shown with her original casing on in a green color. As the little girl caresses Roxy right hand, the latter recalls the former's time at the Pizzaplex, stating that it's been a while since she's been there, asking if she's booked her party and if she still likes carrot cake, she remembers Cassie since she was number one at something twice, her birthday is on the 11th of an unknown month, and that none of her friends that she invited to her birthday showed up, expressing hope that Cassie's friends would show up this time. Heartbroken by what she has to do, Cassie injects the Fazwrench into Roxy's eyes and deactivates her, successfully opening the elevator to enter the sinkhole.

However, upon deactivating the M.X.E.S. Security Program and breaking down the concrete wall holding "Gregory" captive, Cassie is shocked to learn that the "Gregory" that she had been following was a new threat: The Mimic. But just before the endoskeleton could murder her, Roxy suddenly appears to hold it down and orders for her to escape. At this time, the real Gregory contacts her, informing her of the obvious: he is not at the Pizzaplex and that she had been tricked into going there. He then tells her that she needs to escape and that he will give her instructions to get her out of there. And during this conversation, Roxy was overpowered by the Mimic and the latter makes its move to attack Cassie.

In "Steam Forces", Roxy gets a new ending.

While Cassie runs out of the cave system being chased by the Mimic, the Third Eye awakens, sucking the three of them into the world of the Third Eye. Happy to be reunited with Cassie, her mood quickly sours upon seeing Gregory, but Cassie reassures her that Gregory didn't mean no harm, backed up by Vanessa and Freddy. And to make it up to her, Gregory and Vanessa, using their computer and robotic skills, repair Roxy's face back to its former glory, along with her tail at Cassie's insistence. As for the rest of her body, it was Roxy's decision to keep the endoskeleton parts exposed as to not confuse the Resistance with the one with the Third Eye, and to signify her intent to get revenge on the Mimic for what it had done to her and Cassie.

In "Steam Forces", Roxy is a field operative thanks to her enhanced speed, strength, stamina, durability, and sense of hearing playing the role as abilities that the Resistance can use to their advantage to take back the corrupted world and restore it to a peaceful one. Determined more than ever to avenge Cassie and her new friends in the Resistance, this robotic wolf is ready to sharpen her claws and take out anyone and anything that dares to hurt them. However, with the Mimic out and about, along with the other threats that are lurking in the shadows, the Resistance will need to stay alert for when they decide to strike.
