Weird... It reads in a lot of ways... Still making my mind about it, but I'd say it works wonders making me think.

Once again, you have a change in style, and I read into it like so. The subliminal messaging isn't really that subliminal, as it is made very clear. However, one must read it in context to draw a conclusion. The nature references to common thematic symbols (tulips, willows, moths, bluebirds) extend one into a sort of world view...if a tulip speaks, then clearly it is your two lips speaking, and they are speaking, apparently, Mind...but what is mind? I think it is not your mind, but simply a consciousness. If we break down the poem (which is possible and at the same time difficult because of the amazing technique you used), we can see that tulips speak, willow sleeps, bluebird sings, leaf dances, she stills...romance. So, what shall I say? As the willow droops, the flowers come into bloom, the birds praise, a leaf dances (probably in the willow, unconscious, unaware) and slowly you become still...still yourself to this awareness. An awareness of romance. Yet, MOTH MOTH...fly not so close to the flame, lest you burn and crumble, yes? Your mind is lost...your heart is alone...in the silly natural ballet of romance...and the moth travels close to the flame to burn.
This is my meager attempt at interpretation, but as I said already, the technique you use here is amazing. You write three poems in one fell swoop. One uses nature images to describe an emotional journey. The other says the state of your position throughout that journey, at the ultimate being like a moth too close to a flame, and the other takes the two, turns them inside out and describes your thoughts on the matter: your two-lips speak a mind, is the will sleeping within? No rhyme, but the sense of measure, the sense of stress on the capitalized words, make this poem complete. I applaud you, Spook.
BTW--
You are a high school grad now, yes? Being...in that one place that starts with G...where are you going to college right now?

:uts it away in a file and in a drawer:: I shall wait until I have access to military SPY equipment so that I may properly decrypt this puzzle glimpse into your mind.
