For those of you wondering why she looks like Soarin', that's because she's his little sister. They joined the Wonderbolts together with their older brother Wave Chill.

She's a Wonderbolt, and she appears, for example, in the episode "Newbie Dash" from season 6. But as far as I know, that's all anyone knows about her. Or, at least that I know. We don't have the comics here in Sweden, so I only know what can be learned from the TV series.
She's among the Wonderbolts when they tell about their embarrassing nicknames to Rainbow Dash, to show her that it's nothing personal with them calling her "Crash".
High Winds here had the nickname "Hoof In Mouth". Come to think of it, I do actually wonder what could have happened to give her that nickname. Hmm…
