Cloud elves are almost alien in their appearance, beautiful though. Curia can just float at will, weightless in the air, and her voice has this very eerie echo that cuts right through any background noise, like she is speaking directly into your mind.

What is she doing here? Apparently sent as a representative of the Fae Queen, and something big must be up for elves that have never been seen on Earth for 6,000 years to leave her secluded realm and do business here. Fortunately for us, she wanted her picture taken and sensed how happy that would make many, thus giving her some happy fae energy. Enjoy.
