Another model is remade today! When Ellie first joined the cast, people asked, "Whoa, is that Survivor Eli?" Technically, she is not and this is a new figure. Her look is somewhat close and with some tweaks she could be there easily. If I ever need to move Eli to this generation she would be one of my first picks, or Eli may jump to the newest generation if that is the direction I want to go. If Eli jumps. My feeling is Eli will end the Survivor series as-is and not jump, unless something drastic happens and the figure is no longer supported in the software.

When you do series work, you work with what you got. You also support the figures you started with. Since my series tend to run for hundreds, if not eventually thousands, of panels, legacy figure support and recycling and rebuilding are huge support points to me. It is like my current Gen 8 collection, those will be seeing use and starring in series 10 years from now. Figures I bought 10 years ago will also probably see use as well.

This is a pretty shot and setup, darker but dramatic. You can get hundreds of lighting setups with one HDRI by just rotating the dome, and that is what I did here to make the light fall just right. Quick and easy, but a stunning effect.
