About 5 generations in, as I work through more source photos I improve the figure from several angles and work on the head shape. Again PetiteCosplayGirl playing beach model here and chilling out.

Petite models are a huge challenge in 3d because you don't want the banhammer dropped on you for them looking wrong. I helped build these figures, so I know my developmental anatomy and physiology well enough to keep them looking sexy and mature. Face and hips people - keep them womanly and respectfully proportioned. Pay attention to height and the hourglass body shape as well - not too straight as the lines go down - natural female curves are your friends (from all angles, front and side). Revisit the face after the body is done and dial down younger, big-eye character shape, and anime morphs a little if needed. Mix with other mature characters to get the look perfect.

It can be done, and petite models can be given the love and attention they deserve. It just takes a lot of work.
