Yes, "Q" is a status for Vial 704, both Online and Q-Shadow, all 100 mils are shadowed as well as online. Something tells me these computers can not be turned off or reused, once on, that is it forever. One security breach wipes out a billion dollars.
It is not good for a bigger reason, because much, much more just got wiped out.
