“You are now,” Hunter laughs. “What’s good for us is good for you, besides, I may get lucky.”

“Whatever!” I sigh. “But don’t expect, you know, like what you are thinking.”

“Hey,” she keeps laughing, “however you want to run with this, I am not forcing your hand, Ren, but I think you need to loosen up and have fun.”

“Okay, okay, okay!” I laugh. “Have your fun. And I will have mine.”

“I need to add some other names in here,” she says, “and a few surprises from others who have been on the Island. You did say run with it, right?”

I shake my head and nod. “Yes, I said run with it. Have fun. Add people if you like, only if it makes sense in continuity. Run through the deck, then reshuffle.”

“Mmm hmm.” She smiles evilly. “First pair coming up!”

I walk away wondering what trouble I have unleashed, and I smile.

Trouble is good.
