This one is kind of a joint celebration.Last time I marked a milestone was like 500 watchers, but have since surpassed 800 during the time I have been offline. I also passed 30k page views here and 26k at Rendo.
For someone who started 2018 as a complete beginner with a new fresh profile, to now be starting 2019 with such a solid platform on which to build, I think that is not too bad an effort, considering I refuse to pander to the base and tasteless and cliche (I hope)
So to all my friends and followers at both DA and Rendo, thank you. Pick you favourite bottom and think happy thoughts. You deserve it.
I was going to redo this with Venice included, but it took such along time to render on my local box (due to no access to the remote machine for a couple of weeks) I did not want to waste it or any more time on it. I am curious as to how her particular body will fit in, but odd numbers tend to work better in imagery anyway.
Due to my local piece of crap machine, it came out a lot noisier than I wanted, so pretty much hit it with the film grain in post to cover up the distracting parts. Venice gets to star solo in my next image so it all balances out.

Question: why Libras? Do the three women have the same star sign? Do they all use the same feminine hygiene brand (Libra/Libresse)? Or is it because they are all free spirits (esprits libres) and/or believe in liberty?

Not even a full year yet
Apparently my Rendo account was made in 2002 or something, however the only thing I ever used Daz or similar before was for very basic pose reference usage for digital painting and sculpting, was always a handy tool for that, but I never actually ever rendered an image. I never even put hair or anything on a model, just needed a flat shaded image of the figure and pose. But that was years ago.
I don't even recall how I actually started using it for real images, just kinda fell into it and then started sculpting my own girls as part of an ongoing re-skilling process early 2018, the desire was to create 3d figures I could use, so yeah basically I knew nothing until that point other than being able to move the limbs on a model. Everything else I taught myself as I went, the software, lighting, figure creation, mainly via trial and error, drawing in part from experience in other creative forms (photography, painting, traditional sculpting) and this account kind of serves as a diary of sorts of that learning process, from the beginning to now.
I guess it all just sort of clicked for me, and with material support from some friends (hardware etc) and the knowledge and support from peers here at DA, I saw I could create in ways I had not before considered.
Thank you so much. I am amazed many times a week that there are people who appreciate my stuff, I still feel like a complete noob most of the time.
