Here's a random portrait thing I did awhile ago, probably for a post apocalyptic RPG I was playing in ages ago. I don't really remember. Anyways, I used colored pencils and then touched it up in a free browser based Photoshop type program and added the background.
The line art was done by the face shreddingly awesome Robert Adkins as part of a cover for one of his GI Joe comics before I fiddled with it and added the coloring.
