You all picked a redhead heroine from various superheroine choices offered up in recent polling. Here's some concept art for that heroine, Cardinal.Let me know what you think, good or bad.

Hmmm...a few thoughts. The basic costume I like..with the exception of the color of the boots. But this has already been commented on quite a bit by others and if I'm not mistaken you've already mentioned you are thinking of changing the color. So...but I thought I just add my voice to the chorus. I'm pretty much impartial to the wings but in this case I'm wondering if bat wings would have worked better. Let me explain. I know you meant her to be a heroine but her name puzzles me. Cardinal Sins doesn't strike me as inherently good name for a SJW. When I saw the name my first thought was villainess. Honestly, I think this character has great potential for a villainess. Replace those bird wings with some menacing bat wings, give her some red boots and PRESTO! Another hot villainess!

Her name is Cardinal. Sins is the name of the comic. So, she's just Cardinal, she gets to keep her SJW card. 
I might make her nemesis something like what you've mentioned though, an evil bat girl might be a fun change of pace.

No, the logo was "borrowed" and changed slightly from something I found on one of those clipart websites.

Though I think a yellow belt and red boots might be less conspicuous for a heroine active at night time.

She's pretty wild for a heroine! I'm guessing the wings are part of her costume. I do like the outfit, and funny enough I think the boots are okay. Perhaps a little too bright, but okay. And that leather belt can be easily used against her!

Overall, I like her look. My nitpicks are:
the wings look kinda small. Bigger wings look more impressive
her belt looks like it is below her hips (but I love the fact that they serve no practical purpose
the bright yellow boots others have mentioned. I'm not sure what exactly to do to fix it. Maybe make her gloves the same color to unify the costume?
Looking forward to seeing more of her, no pun intended.

The wings are small on purpose mostly because I didn't want her to look like a hawk or eagle and because I haven't decided if they are for show or really work.
As for the boots, LOL. Total fail on my part.

I approve! One of my pet peeves is superheroes that can just randomly fly for no reason, so I have a soft spot for winged heroines. I mean, yeah, it still doesn't make sense, there's no way their wings could support them and at best they could glide, but still, I'm on board.
