That's a fun peril scene, I like how the angle shows off the details of Alchemica's outfit, especially things like zips. New bad girl looks good, I do like nice rich shades of dark red, and the background adds a bit of character to the scene, looks decadent like a mansion or a museum.

Interesting...Sugar had a real hard time with the ring gag for her Trance image and ended up making the teeth vanish and hand dialling in most of the mouth pose.

Yep. If you look closely (it's a really reflective gold color) you can see it just under her tongue tucked behind the bottom row of teeth where it should be.
If she were facing the camera you could see it tucked behind the top teeth too.

Yes. If you make the ring on the original gag 100% transparent you can then scale the strap using the XYZ axis and move the strap on the XYZ axis (or rotate it as needed) based on the expression.
For the ring I use "Body Ring", a prop by Davo I think. I can then rotate, scale, and move the ring on the XYZ axis as well allowing for a perfect fit each time. That way you can show the teeth properly and get different expressions.
You can even slide the jaw all the way forward and do all kinds of fun things at that point. I do the same exact thing with ball gags a lot of the time. Hide the attached ball using 100% transparent material and use a regular old ball in its place. That way I can go with any expression or sized ball I want.
