It describes a chapter scene from a story which is still in work, without erotic meaning, but Rango tries to give Beans the feeling of safety. Well, let me explain it:
You can't see it in the picture, but Beans is pregnant here. Rango and her have been married for a while. Everything seems to be perfect until someone threats Rango's life, later also Beans's life and their coming children. Before this scene, Rango isn't home on Beans's ranch and Beans takes a bath or shower. (That's the reason why her hair is wet in the picture). While this time, a bandit burgles into the house. When Beans comes out of the bathroom again, the robber attacks her. But Beans manages to shot him (or chase him away). When Rango comes home, he finds her huddled in a corner of the house. They go both to bed (without clothes , well, it should show the trust which they have for each other very close. In this scene (well, it's not in the picture, Rango has his hand on Beans's shoulder) he strokes over her big belly and speaks:
"I will protect you. You and our children."
Beans: "What about you?"
Rango: "It's more important that you keep alive. That's my biggest wish."
