Following up with another sprite to add on from Spyro here.

Still one of my favorite side characters (probably my straight up favorite) from the series. I actually drew her a long time ago as well. My First Attempt

All of the other characters in the game that features her have...well...ACTUAL names....and I think all the game tells you is that her nickname is "Ice Princess'...I'm personally thinking of dubbing her "Vicky / Victoria"
