My bread is getting better and better the older the Sourdough starter gets.
Last Nights bread was the BEST so far.
I am having one proving now with some wholemeal flour and Garlic in, will be baked tonight for Dinner. * drooling *

Just get Paul Hollywoods Bread book and do it his way, so very easy, I done it and it could not be easier.
I can send you a Note with the way Paul Hollywood does the Starter.
