This is really nicely rendered. If I would make one suggestion. The tattoo is a little artificial looking if you want to give a tattoo more appeal a good technique is to Photoshop a yellow hue over most of the color, shift the black ink to a blue-green hue and make a 10-35% transparency mask so it blends in better with the skin. Oh and almost all yellows look transparent on skin.
Not usu my thing to throw out unsolicited advice but just some tips for future projects.
