Well, I know that nearly the same POV has already been shot by telefunker far earlier than me. Actually, I hate posting photos that can be seen elsewhere, except for the, say, de rigueur shots... But well, I like this view too much, so... Here is the main staircase of the Home RTT.
Home RTT used to be a vacation camp for the children of the belgium Régie des Télé phones et Télégraphe employees, until the early 90's, when the company decide to close it. Since then, the place is mainly crowd by vandals, taggers, and so on... Just as if it wasn't enough, in 2004, Belgacom, formerly RTT, began the demolition of this vacation camp. But some ecologists and architecture enthousiasts ran actions for keeping this nearly last illustration of the characteristic style of Henri Lacoste alive. No need to say that only the main architecture can now give an overview of the art of this architect for this building...
