Description
Looking through my window,I see the rain drenching itself on the trees and grass.
I can see the wind blowing the downpour in different directions,
and I can feel the coolness of the air on my faceβ¦
although, my window is shut.
The overcast sky reminds me of the snow in cold December.
I watch the flooding water empty itself into the drains,
as if it doesnβt care at all.
My mind is empty,
yet the thought of you remains.
My eyes fill up with water,
like the rain tossing itself against my window.
I wish you were here,
I really wish you were here with me.
I rest my head on the glass,
and close my eyes to think of you.
The drops of rain are like music,
each one having its own tap.
The fog begins to show itself,
and these things through my window are blurred.

Lovely poem!! ^^ I really like it. I loved the way you decribed the storm and how it proabaly refelcted how this person may have felt. Or what they are going through. Beautifully written. I would'nt change a thing!! ^^
