I think I know what Mr Square was saying
Translation: "Oh you gotta be kidding me!! Its like the author isn't even trying anymore!!" *realizes he can't speak underwater* "Wait what?"
*after that, Mr Square proceeds to leave the comic. Probably to go off and leave the mole planet, and get as far from the author as possible. Thus failing since the author is "god" of that world and whatever the author wants, goes!!!*

I've been doing my comic for TEN years and still have no idea whether it's underwater or not. I think maybe it's underwater, but with extra underwater under the water.
And Mr. Square WOULD make a good Spongebob body double.
