Description
I decided to play around with photoshop and see if I could recreate the well known Obama "Hope" inspirational poster.

Having been playing the Half-Life games a good bit lately, I took inspiration from Half-Life 2 and decided to use Dr. Gordon Freeman as my subject.

This effect is actually fairly easy, just tedious and time consuming. I used a tutorial, but I didn't like the methods used and a number of steps and effects weren't explained. So I found my own method and used a good mix of photoshop and illustrator.

I'm quite pleased with the result, despite some obvious imperfections.
