before anyone asks-no i'm not depressed! i found a nifty smudge tool in photoshop that made something look like it was reflected in the water. and iw anted to use it. horses just weren't working out so i decided somebody left their teddy bear in the rainy parking lot. and here he is.reference-a mock TY (tm) bear for positioning.
and yes i know, the smudge tool has always been there, but i usually use illustrator, so i just stumbled upon it.

but the drawing is awesome,t he reflection is great,
i think you should work more with this one, as in adding shades and highlights and a background!
