Description ok, *Ossia does these really neat gradient line arts, and honestly i don't know how, but...i did something similar, bit thicker line art, but i digitally ink, i think she inks by hand ^.^ anywho...making a fan art for a competition on clubbleach.net, got kinda distracted after inking....

i love the cropped angles you use! the unframed image does so much for focal points and mood, that's superb!!! how'd you do the gradient?

i actually did it the difficult way, and i kick my butt for it, but oh well. take inked lines as top layer, magic wand select a blank area, select>similar. then select>modify>contract, i did 4 pixels. create new layer fill, i used black. this should leave blank lines. i selected them and did a gradient fill. wwoulda beene asier to create a new layer below my fill layer and just do a gradient fill on the whole thing and the gradient would have shown up beneath it. oh well. i had fun ^.^ and i'm almost done doing what i originally intended with it.
