Let's clarify some stuff first of all, my entire background drawing ability is evident in the last proper deviation I uploaded, aside from that, I've never done a BG in an image (to my knowledge), so consider this my first real backdrop. As such, can we try to keep the scathing low for now? Helpful, but not TOO soul destroying..please?
And now, reasoning.
This idea effectively began last summer while listening to Incubus', "Wish You Were Here", thus the title, Wish. But there is a bunch of changes since the original conception, but no point bringing them up. This idea would have stayed dead, but a friend mentioned going to the beach a while back, and they got beaches locked in my head for ages, so it brought this idea back into play.
On a related topic, Rewd's earrings, (this could get lengthy, sorry).
Far left is usually his cross, here we have a summer themed version. Just on a whim I mixed it with the sun and got that, I actually really like it.
Second in, I consider a fragment of Bison's horn, complete with the same type if ring he wears in his nose. Bison/Tom is a friend I know online.
Third along..is hard to make out, it's actually a music note (custom design), overlapping a ring, they're two seperate pieces though, the note was to represent LalalaKirby/Steph. A friend I know offline and on, who helped me work out some stuff for this image.
Final earring is (I hope) a wildebeest skull, to represent Allie, or as everyone else was AIM name inspired, SkullsandDolls, her favourite animal being a wildebeest, and I love the look of there skulls, so it was a win-win! Allie is also an online friend.
So why those last three earrings? Well, as corny as it sounds, a major aspect of summer for damn near everyone is hanging with friends, right? So I figured I'd tribute some of mine, those three just happened to be online at the time...(so 3 quarters of my active BL, whoo!)

Oh, and Rewd now has hair, which will be explained later. It actually began years back, but on one knows...
