Photojournalism- I was in Batimore to a week last summer during "Justice Action Week" meeting Baltimoreans who have been there for decades. A main theme amonst the people I met is that they would probably never leave, because regardless of the crime and poverty epidemics, it was their place to live and they still loved it. I think this pictures is of a mural on the South Side of Baltimore, and I think it is all the more ironic because it is simply a painting of an escape.

Sad.
