And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." "For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. The above fractal is my entry into the annual Resurrection Sunday contest in the Christians group. It is created in Apophysis 7, by the grace and generosity of God, who brought from a random-generated batch the basic shape, and appropriate gradient. I have edited it pre-render to increase the complexity and inside swirls, and accentuate the colors, and of course adjust colors post-render on a black background. I was not aware before it rendered that it would have a green "ground" or that the swirls would be golden. In addition I did not realize that there would be 16 faces around the darker green circle, each with a heart on their forehead, that is, sealed with His mark for eternal life. Although this came about during my editing, it was without my knowledge and is therefore evidence of God's handiwork in it. Before render, I had tentatively called it "Target Acquired" and did not know it would have a strong Christian message and be in answer to my prayer that He create something resurrection-themed for this year's contest.

Finally, I wish to clarify that this is a symbolic picture as from the point of view of the Savior looking down upon the earth or "grave" as it gives up its dead -- for to those who are in Christ, death has been defeated and the grave cannot hold the children of God who are in Christ.
