Dude, this is just.... I love it! Love the whole pose, the sad, frustrated facial expression, and his arms.... Just looking at them makes it hurt a little in mine as I can almost feel that green whatever-it-is that is running through his veins!
One thing is for sure: It looks really uncomfortable, and you have managed to get that message out quite well!

This is really nice! Loving this and loving your artwork in general!
